All parcels will be issued with a tracking number.
Once your items have left our premises, we will not be held responsible for late, lost or damaged products.
Please ensure that you have provided the correct address details such as House or Unit Number, Suburb and postcode. Our Customer Service Team will contact you if your parcel has been returned to us due to incorrect address details. You will be required to pay a postage fee of $9.95 for your parcel to be resent to the correct address.
As per Australia Post Guidelines, you need to wait up to the full 10 business days (unless express shipping) for your parcel to arrive. Please note - Scanning a trackable parcel is conducted at AP locations and lack of tracking registration may be due to their system errors.
If you have been issued a tracking number, but no information is showing after 48 hours of receiving your confirmation email, please contact Australia Post directly and follow their instructions on how to lodge an enquiry.
